I’ll take those eggs with my olives please!


As I was making egg salad the other day I was thinking about what it is that I think makes a great egg salad.  Here’s my idea of a perfect egg salad – whole eggs, real mayo, lots of green olives, salt & pepper, and a dollop of mustard – preferably on a soft potato roll, or homemade bread.   What’s your idea of a perfect egg salad?
