Carrot Cake (Williams Sonoma Baking Cookbook)

350 Degree Oven

2 c. all-pupose flour

2 tsp. baking soda

2 tsp. baking powder

2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. ground allspice  (*I used nutmeg)

4 large eggs

3/4 c. canola oil

3/4 c. sugar

1 c. firmly packed brown sugar

1/2 c. buttermilk  (* I used sour milk)

3 c. shredded carrots
