I’m Eileen, the creator of The Joy of Caking. I started blogging over five years ago to let some of the creativity that was bottling up inside of me out and now I can’t imagine life without a blog.
Through my writings and photography I enjoy sharing delicious recipes, DIY projects like the renovation of my 1972 Frolic travel trailer, great products, and glimpses of country life in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of New York State where my hubby and I live with one crazy dog, backyard chickens, ducks, and yes, even a couple of turkeys.
