It’s hard for me to believe that the 4th of July is nearly here. I’m hoping for a warm and sunny day with lot’s of good food and drink, along with a clear and starry night complete with fireworks and a roaring campfire to finish it off.
To help make this Independence Day more festive I made this simple garland. This decoration can be custom made to fit around any votive holder.
If you’d like the instructions on how to make this decoration then click here. I made a similar version (minus the buttons) for Valentine’s Day. The only difference between the two is that the 4th of July garland has color coordinated buttons between every piece of material and the Valentine’s Day garland does not.
How do you want to celebrate your 4th this year? Remember, if you aren’t hosting this years 4th celebration this would make a great hostess gift!
Festive! Your table looks so darling- thanks for sharing with BeBetsy Brag About It – thanks for linking back to us.

This is super cute and easy to make. Is it really the end of June already??
Too adorable! Great job on this festive little decoration for the Fourth, Eileen!
Thanks Georgia. I’m ready to party! What recipes do you got cooking for the 4th?
Oh how pretty Eileen! You have no idea how I wish I were a crafty person! I’m all thumbs and don’t even get me near a glue gun! But that centerpiece came out so well. Aside from the distant fireworks, I hope to se spending a quiet 4th! (And I love your old bottle. I have many since my dad collected them. I have a blue bottle just like yours….never thought to put pretty daisies in it though….now THAT I can do!)
I know those glue guns can be a little dangerous Anne – lol… This is a very easy craft. Believe me, if I can do it, you can too!
They are so lovely!!
WOW, with a quick change of ribbon we can have easy inexpensive decorations all year!,
