Many people will celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day with corn beef and cabbage. I’ve decided to celebrate mine with these delicious mini vanilla cupcakes. I know I’m a week early, but I’m gearing up for the big day!
Rather than bore you with a bunch of gibber jabber, I’m just going to share some of my pictures of these little gems with you.
